19-July,Doha- NRNA NCC Qatar convention is going to be held soon, some Nepalese communities’ people are asked to announce their candidates for various designations of association. Now, one of the youths from Tanahun district named Mr.Padam Giri has also announced his candidacy to be nominated for the position of secretary of NRNA NCC Qatar.
Mr.Padam Giri who is the permanent resident of Rising-5 Ruptar , Tanahun , Nepal has been working in Qatar since 2009. He has been handling a major responsibility in a very reputed company of Qatar. Mr.Giri has actively taken part in different social and national level community centered services .He has the experiences of handling the records and managing the team.
Mr Giri believes that there is no any crystal clear image of NRNA among the non residential workers in Qatar. Still many people define NRNA as a group of rich and wealthy people residing in Qatar. Also he says “I want to be involved in this association to clear the miss conception and some information gaps of NRN among the Nepalese workers in Qatar and try to involve all Nepalese who are not being able to belong to their own association.”
He claims in spite of Millions of people residing in Qatar only few numbers of people are associated with the association. Also the numbers of Youths is very disappointing. Therefore, his main objective to attract as many as Nepalese workers by setting clear concept and objectives of the association in coming days.
He believes that his close involvement in various social organizations and his past 10 Years of experiences as a social worker makes him well deserve for the elected post.
